Meet Our Team
A native of the Tampa Bay area since 2003, Rolando attended the University of Tampa’s Sykes College of Business. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, he remained a UT Spartan while obtaining his Masters in Accounting.
Rolando is a licensed CPA in the State of Florida and began his career as a public auditor for Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C., a national public accounting firm in the US, serving both private and public clients in a wide array of industries. He later went on to work for Jabil Circuit, Inc., one of the largest multi-national Fortune 500 companies in the US, traveling internationally to manufacturing plants where he provided effective and efficient solutions to operational and financial processes.
Through these experiences, Rolando developed a strong foundation of accounting principles and operational strategies which he has transitioned into his practice and clients. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). He also sits on the Board and is President of the InterCultural Advocacy Institute, a non-profit organization that provides social services to immigrant families in Pinellas County, Florida. Outside of work, Rolando’s biggest passions are traveling, real estate investing and spending time with family.
Raul obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting & Finance from the University of South Florida in 2016. Throughout his time at the University of South Florida, he became certified as a Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor. As the firm's first employee, he also gained valuable experience assisting business clients with accounting, compliance, and tax preparation.
Currently, as Firm CFO, his responsibilities are day-to-day operations ensuring clients are being onboarded, compliant, and being serviced to firm standards. Additionally, he oversees the firm's finances, HR department, and employee training at the firm.
Outside of accounting, Raul is a licensed Florida real estate broker and Founder & Principal Broker of LPZ Realty. A real estate brokerage firm investing, buying, and selling real estate for clients via tax-advantaged strategies to further help clients increase their wealth and assets.
Harsh obtained his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Tampa. He brings over 10 years of experience accounting and was CFO Associates first non-founding employee.
As Firm Manager, Harsh oversees and manages the firm's office and IT Systems. Additionally, Harsh helps onboard new clients and ensures the firm's systems are updated and maintained.
