Bookkeeping
Dedicated accounting team to reconcile bank and credit card transactions into financial ledger on a daily or weekly basis.
A/P & A/R
Let our team reconcile and handle accounts receivable and accounts payable with our paperless systems.
HR & Payroll
Let our team handle your payroll and HR functions. Including the oversight of employee files and retirement and health benefits.
Sales Taxes
We handle and file all sales and use taxes in applicable jurisdiction.
Month End Close
Bank accounts, credit cards, accrual entries and general ledger reconciliations are performed monthly. Reconciled monthly financials are sent to management on a monthly basis before the 15th of the following month.
Corporate Taxes
Annual Corporate Federal & State returns are prepared and filed for all clients.
Financial Meetings
We meet with clients virtually via Zoom or in person when needed. Also communicating via email, phone, and text on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
